These mini quick connects help a lot

No leaks whatsoever and easy to couple/uncouple. They do tend to snag when dragging and will pop apart if the obstacle hits on the spring grip of the female end. Not a big deal though since the water flow is blocked whenever the pair are uncoupled. With these I have modified my system to easily lay out segments of hose to the far side of a house rather than carry my pump and filter system around with me.
