30 DAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY: Buyer must first contact abc for a return authorization number (R.A.N.) before returning any product for exchange. Merchandise must be returned in new and resellable condition. Please protect merchandise during shipment. Merchandise remains the property of customer and must be shipped freight prepaid, no C.O.D.’s accepted. 30 Days from time of purchase for any return or exchange. Returns and exchanges subject to a 20% restocking charge with a minimum handling fee of $10. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping items back to abc.

WaterFed carts and chemicals can not be returned. Safety equipment must be completely unused.

SHORTAGES OR MISTAKES: Shortages or mistakes must be reported immediately Shortages or mistakes must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Customer must use product codes when ordering before abc will consider any claim. abc makes every effort to avoid mistakes: 1. abc catalogue contains product codes to avoid misunderstandings due to terminology or pronunciation, 2. order taker verifies shipping address, 3. order taker notates person placing order, 4. order taker verifies payment method, 5. order taker repeats order back to customer after entering product into our invoice computer program, 6. order taker watches for any inconsistencies or likely mistakes (for instance … you may order 14” t-bars and 18” covers, probably it is what you want but we will ask to make sure, 7. shipping department triple checks every order before packaging, three separate people are involved in this step. While abc is very careful to avoid mistakes, we will correct any error at our expense that is determines to be fully abc’s mistake.

SPECIAL & CUSTOM ORDERS: Absolutely no cancellations or returns of special orders or custom orders.

SALES TAXES: abc collects sales tax in states where we have nexus. During checkout, you'll see an estimate of sales tax for your area. If you live in a state where we don't collect sales tax, it's your responsibility to remit use tax. Contact your local tax agency for more information.

C.O.D. ORDERS: MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY. UPS charges an additional $10.50 per package. C.O.D. shipments only within the Continental United States. Ground service only on C.O.D. orders. No drop shipments, ladder shipments, tucker pole shipments or oversized packages. UPS only. UPS no longer accepts cash. Make money order or cashier’s check out to “abc Window Cleaning Supply, Inc.”. DO NOT make payment out to “United Parcel Service”.

$75 MINIMUM MERCHANDISE PHONE ORDER: Our goal is to keep our prices competitive. Due to the costs associated with processing any order regardless of its size abc has a $75 minimum merchandise order. An additional $10 processing fee will be added to any order which does not reach our minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience.

$25 MINIMUM MERCHANDISE INTERNET ORDER: If you need to place a smaller order than $75, note that the minimum on the website is only $25.

OPEN ACCOUNTS: Very few of our customers have an open account and we are very strict about being paid on time. Net 30 days to approved customers only. Requirements for open account approval include but are not limited to: a completely filled out credit application including fax numbers of trade references, a favorable Dunn & Bradstreet Rating, a favorable owner personal credit report, 3 business trade references that will share information, financial statements, one bank reference, a commercial shipping address, $6,000 yearly purchases. Interest charges and service charges where allowed by law may be imposed on delinquent accounts.

SHIPPING POLICY: Product and prices are F.O.B. from shipping point of origin. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice. F.O.B. means freight on board. Essentially once it ships it belongs to you. Because of our huge inventory, 99% of the product listed in our catalogue will ship from abc. Whenever possible shipping from abc will go Fedex. Oversized packages that Fedex will allow are subject to additional handling and charges. Drop shipments will ship F.O.B. by the Manufacturer’s preferred Carrier. Some items must go motor freight (usually trucking). Most Truck driver’s will only move product to the edge of their truck and customer may be responsible for unloading. Additional unloading may be available at an extra charge depending on carrier policy.

WARRANTIES: Warranties extend to original buyer only. Most merchandise is manufacture warranted. Warranties will vary depending on the particular product and the particular manufacturer policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues. In all cases, the manufacture will make the final determination about whether the product is covered under warranty.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Although abc takes special care to insure the safe arrival of all orders, accidents and damage can occur. If any outward damage has occurred, please note the extent of damage on the freight bill and contact abc immediately. Damage claims must be reported within 10 days by the customer (or consignee) with the carrier. Damage claims not reported within 10 days after receiving products cannot be pursued. Please save packaging materials so that UPS (or other shipping) can inspect at their discretion. Shipments are F.O.B. Essentially once it ships it belongs to you. abc will usually make every effort on the customer’s behalf, but liability rests on customer.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS OR REFUSED C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product returned is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Minimum handling fee of $10 plus any shipping charges.

Product Reviews: All product reviews are reviewed by abc staff. Reviews are approved or not approved at the sole discretion of abc. Though reviews may be rejected, they are never edited prior to publishing.

By consenting to abc Window Supply’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of abc Window Supply through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
