These new towels will absorb better once they have been washed with hot water
about a dozen times, the hotter the better. Do not use fabric softener.

Fluffy Bath Towels
These new towels are more for bathroom hand towels than window cleaning. No absorbency.
Towels
They used to sell the recycled, used surgery towels. They were well washed, and thus absorbed water, the older, softer the better. I bleach/wash these new ones immediately or else you are just pushing water around. I did not like how many of these new ones had unfinished edges, also a bunch of half towels in there.
Horribly thick
Instead of helping me save time by drying edges better. These highly unabsorbant towels just make my window washing experience a nightmare. I will say... I have ordered amazing new blue huck towels from here before. However, this was the second time I ordered new blue hucks where they were way too thick and rectangle in size and after a call was not able to get help on this $70 purchase. Frustrating. If you want to play Russian roulette with your time and money. Go ahead and try your luck ordering these.
Disappointed
For the 1st 15 years the huck towels sold here at ABC were hands down, the best!! However, the ones I have received in the last few years, are horrible for absorbing the water along the window edges. They also leave blue pieces of material all along the frames. They have been boiled, washed several times through the machine and still no good. Very heavy and thick as well. They are good for removing the heavier dirt and grime along the sills. That is why I give 3 stars, otherwise, 2 star at best.

Perfect Detail
A perfect towel for detailing glass after the squeegee step of the cleaning process, the blue huck towel, I've used for 7 years. The towel is absorbent, non-smudging (when clean), and durable. They are best when super clean. I give it a second wash in a standard upright washing machine, just to be sure all laundry detergent is rinsed. Otherwise the towel can be smudgie. I give it a 4 star because they need to be cleaned just right and can leave bluelint behind after the first few washes...a complaint from a few of my customers, no me.
