plastic pole tip does not hold the sweegie.
The plastic tip lets the squeegee turn. Not near as good as the wood which I should have bought, but the threads break out of the tip on the long pole.

Good Product, but Can Break
The plastic pole ends are much better than the wood ones. However, they can break unexpectantly. It is rare, and I have used some for years with no problem, and the other day one broke on the first job I used it on. I still highly recomment this product. Much better than the wood pole ends.
