If you do not have a commercial loading dock then delivery is made to the trucking terminal based on your zipcode.  

We recommend you take some tools with you to unload the pallet.  Screwdriver or a Drill with phillips screwdriver head to take the top off of crate.  

Be prepared to take the crate with you, policy will vary from trucking terminal to terminal.  

Any extra services (call ahead, liftgate, residential delivery, remote area, etc.) will be charged in addition to the normal cost to ship trucking.
