When Will I Get My Order?
98% of orders received before 3 PM MST ship out complete the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on the weekend ship out the following business day. From there, FedEx delivers your package according the transit map below. Number of shipping days excludes the day your package ships, weekends, and holidays. For example, a package shipped on Monday to a location 4 shipping days away should arrive by the end of business on Friday. Also, look for an automatic email from FedEx with your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder, as this email frequently is marked as spam. Note that due to availability, we may sometimes ship from CO or NC. Estimated arrival date is an estimate, not a guarantee. To guarantee an arrival date, select Next Day or Two Day shipping during checkout for in-stock items.
Why Does My Order Status Say Awaiting Payment?
Our websites default order status is Awaiting Payment. Though your card is automatically authorized, it is still a pending charge on your statement and has not been charged. Your order status will change to completed or shipped when we ship your order and charge the card.
What's Your Minimum Order?
Our minimum order over the phone is $75. Through the website, the minimum is $25.
I Ordered Over $199, Why Didn't I Get Free Shipping?
Some exclusions apply. The most likely reason that you are being charged shipping is because you are ordering items that ship separately such as poles or ladders. Learn more here.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes! Our products are frequently on sale, and most products have quantity pricing available. Also, sign up for our email newsletter at the bottom of the page and follow us on social media for exclusive coupons.
Do You Ship To Canada?
Yes! You'll see shipping options on your cart page or during checkout. Note that extra duties and taxes may apply to your order and the shipping carrier will contact you directly for those.
Do You Ship Outside the US and Canada?
We work with international customers around the world. To insure smooth transactions, we have put the following international policies in place:
- Payment via Western Union or Wire Transfer in advance of packaging
- No changes once order has been packaged.
- Ex Works: Your freight company pick up from our door. Dimensions and weights provided to your freight forwarder after money has been received.
- Minimum $2,500 order.
We can also ship to a freight forwarder within the Continental United States. Freight charges and packaging fees will be determined once you provide us with further shipping instructions, whether pick up from our location or shipped to your freight forwarder (within Continental United States). If these terms are acceptable, please send us the list of products that you are interested in. Note that additional customs and duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility
